PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sole plate that can be installed regardless of frontage dimension of a wash cabinet to be mounted, has high water resistance, and is easily adjusted in height. SOLUTION: Sole plates 1 are installed between the wash cabinet 5 and a floor surface. The sole plates 1 have a recessed groove section 2 for supporting a side plate 6 of the wash cabinet 5 at least in its upper part, and are individually mounted to right and left side plates of the wash cabinet. In each sole plate, at least one or more through-holes 11 are opened from the bottom surface 12 of the recessed groove to the bottom surface of the sole plate, and even if water invades, the water is immediately discharged from the through-holes. Additionally, an adjusting screw 15 is attached upward to the bottom surface of the recessed groove, and a side surface of the adjusting screw is exposed from the opening 18 in the side surface of the sole plate.
