The carrying aid for a bicycle has a fixable element which can be fastened to the frame of the bicycle by a fastening device and is provided with a padding so that the bicycle can be carried on the shoulders. The shape of the carrying element and its padding is conformable to the shoulders. A variable element may be provided between the fastening device and carrying aid to enable better adjustment and/or resilience of the carrying aid.
