PURPOSE: An auxiliary steering wheel manufacturing method and an auxiliary steering wheel for a vehicle are provided to make the auxiliary steering wheel by hardening and solidifying synthetic resin, to minimally protrude the auxiliary steering wheel from a main steering wheel, and to make the exterior appearance of products good by covering and integrally solidifying a frame with an outer rim. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary steering wheel manufacturing method is composed of steps for putting an outer rim(2) formed by hardening or heat-solidifying synthetic resin(24) on the surface of a frame(14); pouring the synthetic resin into the outer rim and impregnating a substrate(4) having a shaft(5) in the synthetic resin; forming a palm contacting unit integrally combined with the outer rim by hardening or heat-solidifying the synthetic resin; putting a band unit outer rim formed by hardening or heat-solidifying the synthetic resin on a band unit frame; forming a band unit integrally combined with the band unit outer rim by hardening or heat-solidifying the synthetic resin; and combining the palm contacting unit with the band unit by press-fitting an outer wheel of a bearing into a bearing case and the shaft of the substrate into an inner wheel of the bearing.
