<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, a developing device, a process cartridge and a toner supply device efficiently and surely suppressing toner scattering inside a device even with the passage of time in a comparatively simple construction. <P>SOLUTION: Developing parts 5 to 8 developing the latent images formed on an image carrier 2 and a toner supply part 20 formed to supply the toner from a supply opening 22a to the developing parts 5 to 8 and detachably from the developing parts 5 to 8 are provided.
