<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the easy and safe attachment/detachment of a lock nut when a user intends to attach/detach the lock nut, and to prevent the easy detachment of the lock nut, conversely, when the user does not intend the lock nut to be detached. <P>SOLUTION: A bore of a lock ring 1 is formed in a stepped-cylinder shape; a first internal thread 11, into which an end of a mating-side female connector to be connected with a male luer 22 can be screwed, is provided in a large-diameter bore part on the tip side of the lock ring 1; a second internal thread 12, into which a locking part 21 formed on the base-end-side outer periphery of a male connector 2 can be screwed, is provided in a small-diameter bore part on the side of the base end of the lock ring 1; and a protrusion-shaped stopper 23, which can abut on an end surface 13 of the stepped part of the bore of the lock ring 1, is provided ahead of the base-end-side outer periphery of the male connector 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
