<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize a water volume made to flow from a pail, to enable the extensive watering of hot water at a time, and to allow even a little child, an old person and a person having weak force of a hand to easily execute the sousing of hot water, a shampoo or the like by lightening a burden on a wrist. <P>SOLUTION: Adjustment of the water volume flowing from the pail or specification of a splashdown point of the hot water flowing from the pail is difficult unless applying a certain degree of torque to a handgrip 2 to moderately tilt a pail body 1 when making the hot water flow from the pail body 1, so that the burden is applied onto the wrist.
