<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for setting power, emission rights or the like of global warming gas as an object of trading based on stored power data by gathering unstable electromotive forces of a plurality of small scale power plants using natural energy such as solar light, a wind force or the like, self-consumption power which changes every moment, power data such as selling power changing in connection with them from a plurality of small scale power plants, gathering them, totalizing them, and processing them. <P>SOLUTION: A method for collecting the small-scale power generation includes steps of measuring the electromotive forces of the small scale power plants 11-13, self-consumption power and sale power, storing the measured power data as power information along a time series, collecting the power information stored at each arbitrarily settable predetermined time, transmitting the collected power information to a collecting server means 2, receiving and totalizing the power information fed from the plurality of the power plants 11-13 by the means 2, and registering the information with a database in the collecting server means 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
