<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen noodles capable of being separated in equal amounts as compared with conventional separable frozen noodles, without harming commercial value by suppressing the occurrence of waste noodles as minimum, further capable of being divided by a small force and not being split during the production processes or transporting processes of the same. <P>SOLUTION: This method for producing the frozen noodles is provided by installing a pair of opposing sidewall projecting line parts 12 at the inside of the tray sidewall parts and a bottom part projecting line part 13 at the inside of the bottom part, pouring steam cooked noodle lumps separated into two pieces in each separated state into a freezing tray 11 formed as a U-shaped projecting part 14 obtained by connecting the sidewall projecting line part and the bottom projecting line part and leveling the noodle lumps of the noodle individually, then pressing with a compressing member from above to make the side surfaces of the noodle lumps as surface-contact state, freezing in a surface-contact state, then adhering by freezing the two noodle lumps in the surface-contact state to each other and removing the frozen noodle lump-connected material having side surface grooves opposing to both side surfaces and a bottom surface groove at the bottom surface from the freezing tray. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
