PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper reduced in manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: This dynamic damper is formed by connecting a mass body 2 to a fitting member 4 through a connection part 5 formed from a rubber-like elastic body. The mass body 2 is constituted of a plurality of mass members 2, and the rubber-like elastic body 3 is interposed between the adjacent mass members 2, and the mass body 2 formed of these plurality of mass members 2 is covered with the rubber-like elastic body 3. For an example, in order to cover the mass body 2 formed of a plurality of mass members 1 with the rubber-like elastic body 3, and in order to interpose the rubber-like elastic body 3 between the adjacent mass members 1, and in order to connect the mass body 2 and the rubber-like elastic body 3 covering the mass body 2 to the fitting member 4 through the connection part 5 formed from the rubber-like elastic body, the rubber-like elastic body 3 is formed by vulcanization in the periphery of the mass body 2, in a clearance between the adjacent mass members 2 and in the clearance between the mass body 2 and the fitting member 4.
