PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition which is endowed with beautiful pearl external appearance without deteriorating bubble performance, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the detergent composition comprises mixing a premix obtained by adding a dispersion of a long-chain fatty acid glycol ester to a cationic polymer aqueous solution with another detergent component.
