摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a fine oxide powder having high purity, high dispersibility, and high crystallinity, in a simple process at a low cost. SOLUTION: A powder of a metal, a semimetal, or a compound of them is spouted into a reaction vessel through a nozzle with a carrier gas. The spouted powder, in a state of being dispersed in a gas phase at a concentration of≤10 g/l, is heated at the temperature that is higher than its decomposition temperature or its reaction temperature and not lower than (Tm)°C/2, wherein Tm°C is the melting point of an oxide to be produced, thereby the oxide powder being produced.
