PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple constitution, small size and low cost sheet processing device easily binding a sheet bundle in a precise position by regulating deflection of the aligned sheet bundle and stably binding the sheets at high quality without lowering the jam removal performance, to provide a post-processing device having the sheet processing device and to provide an image formation device. SOLUTION: This sheet processing device comprises an aligning/binding tray 1 aligning and binding the carried and stacked sheets, a carry-in direction aligning means 2 aligning the sheets S carried in the aligning/binding tray 1 in the carry-in direction of sheets S to be carried by applying a pendulum motion thereto, a binding means 3 binding the bundle of sheets S aligned by the carry-in direction aligning means 2, and a sheet bundle pushing means 4 swinging the bundle of the sheets S bound by the binding means 3 from a waiting position to the operation position and pushing it from the thickness direction of the bundle of the sheets S.
