PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein a motor driving a turning rack controlled by an inverter becomes unable to drive when the inverter breaks down. SOLUTION: The revolving rack controlling device is equipped with: a plurality of motors for driving turning of a plurality of revolving racks connected to a plurality of shelves in a circle; a plurality of inverters for controlling the plurality of motors; a selecting means for selecting an inverter to connect to a predetermined motor out of the plurality of motors; and a connecting means for connecting the inverter selected by the selecting means to the predetermined motor.
