PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rim wheel of simple structure which can be easily manufactured, and which is capable of reducing cavity resonance sound. SOLUTION: In this rim wheel, numberless short fibers 24 are planted on an outer circumferential surface of a rim 16 by electrostatic flocking. The numberless short fibers 24 absorb cavity resonance sound generated in a tire pneumatic chamber, thereby noise in a cabin can be reduced. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
