PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge device suitable for housing perfume or cosmetics capable of smoothly discharging the liquid in a container without introducing air into the container by forming the shape of the container into a conical shape or a polygonal-pyramidal shape high in visually aesthetic appearance and hard to fall. SOLUTION: The container 2 is formed so as to gradually expand toward its bottom part to be formed into a conical or polygonal-pyramidal shape. The bottom part of the container 2 is closed by a membrane-like member 4 stretching in the direction of the top part 2a of the container 2 as the liquid in the container 2 is discharged to reduce. When the liquid housed in the container 2 is discharged by the pump means 3 mounted on the top part of the container 2, the membrane-like elastic member 4 is stretched corresponding to the reduction of the liquid.
