PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic sheet body, for keeping the low-humidity state by releasing the humidity depending on the humidity releasing function of the elastic sheet body itself without any means such as drying the elastic sheet body like bedding absorbing humidity after use in the sunlight or drying in a bedding drier. SOLUTION: This elastic sheet body is formed by covering stuffing cotton with a bag-like sheathing cloth. At least a part of the sheathing cloth that bears the body of an elastic sheet body user is formed of cloth having a function of taking humidity of the outside of the elastic sheet body and releasing the same to the stuffed cotton. The other part of the cloth outside of the functional part is formed of cloth taking the humidity absorbed by the stuffed cotton and diverging the same to the outside of the elastic sheet body.
