PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diffusion controlling technique for humors which is easier and more economical. SOLUTION: This humor absorbing article has a liquid-permeable surface layer 2 which is provided on the facing surface side to the skin of the body, a leakage preventing layer 3 which is provided on the remote side from the skin of the body, and a humor absorbent part 1 which is provided between those layers and corresponds to a main absorbing range in the surface direction including at least the excretion section. In the humor absorbing article, a humor diffusion controlling line 40 comprising a coating material which can be coated, and has the nature to prevent the humor from passing while being held at the coated area is provided in the humor diffusion promoting direction or in the direction crossing the humor diffusion preventing direction.
