PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To readily fix a raising up apparatus in a lifted inoperative position. SOLUTION: Each stretching member 52 is freely oscillatably supported around a shaft center 51a in a transmission case 32 vertically oscillating around a shaft center 43a relatively to a support part 42 together with the raising up apparatus 20. When the raising up apparatus 20 is lifted and oscillated, the stretching member 52 slides relatively to a support part 53 in parts separated from engaging parts 52a, 52b and 52c. When the raising up apparatus 20 reaches the lifted inoperative position, the stretching member 52 is lowered and oscillated around the shaft center 51a to naturally engage the engaging parts 52a, 52b and 52c with the support part 53. Thereby, the raising up apparatus 20 is stretched and supported in the lifted inoperative position with the stretching member 52. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
