PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixing apparatus having proper mixing performance, small size and easily changing mixing capacity. SOLUTION: Metal plate materials 1, 5, 12 are integrated at a determined position by using positioning holes 4, 8, 16 in the order of an arrangement so as to penetrate through-holes 2a-2d, 6a-6d, 14a-14d. A bonded element is formed, and a mixing part is manufactured. A plurality of sets of mixing parts having the same combination are integrated at the determined position so as to penetrate all through-holes. Two kinds of eluents are introduced from the through-holes 2a, 2b, reach the through-holes 6a, 6b, and partially flow into flow paths 10a, 10b. The eluents, flowing through the flow paths 10a, 10b, are combined and mixed in a flow path 18. The mixed eluents are extracted from the through-holes 2c, 2d. The eluents, passing through the through-holes 14a, 14b in a first set of the mixing parts, are introduced into the through-holes 2a, 2b in a second set of the mixing parts, and reach the through-holes 6a, 6b; and parts of the eluent flow into the flow paths 10a, 10b and are mixed.
