PURPOSE: A vertical alignment liquid crystal display and a thin film transistor substrate used for the liquid crystal display are provided to improve a viewing angle of the liquid crystal display. CONSTITUTION: A thin film transistor substrate includes an insulating substrate, a gate line formed on the insulating substrate, and a data line(171) that is insulated from the gate line and intersects the gate line. The thin film transistor substrate further includes a pixel electrode(190) formed in a pixel region defined by the intersection of the gate line and the data line, and a thin film transistor formed in the pixel region and connected to the gate line, data line and pixel electrode. The pixel electrode has at least two parts having different heights. |
