PURPOSE: An OELD(Organic ElectroLuminescent Device) is provided to be capable of obtaining the best even distribution of light color so as to readily achieve the final product requirement for white light and full-coloredness by using three-wavelength projection light source. CONSTITUTION: An OELD(30) includes a hole transporting layer(35), an electron blocking layer(47), a first host material layer(41), a second host material layer(43), a hole blocking layer(45), and an electron transporting layer(37) placed between an anode(33) and a cathode(39) in turn. The first host material layer(41) has a first guest luminous substance mixed therein for projecting a first color light source, while the second host material layer correspondingly has a second guest luminous substance and a third guest luminous substance mixed therein for projecting a second color light source and a third color light source, respectively. The second guest luminous substance or the third guest luminous substance is a phosphorescence substance.
