<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and selectively resuming a desired job from a large number of retained jobs, easily understand the retained state of interrupted jobs by being properly remained that the retained jobs are present, and allows each user to be able to operate the interrupted jobs under proper access control so that a large number of jobs can be comfortably retained. <P>SOLUTION: Information on the interrupted jobs are simultaneously controlled by a plurality of image forming devices, and a log-in processing is performed to specify the users who utilize the image forming devices.
