<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an integrally-molded shoe by putting an insole blank together with an outsole and an upper in a mold at an atmospheric temperature and heating the mold. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises a process for preparing the outsole 22; a process for preparing a foamed insole blank 21 which is to be arranged on the outsole 22; a process for preparing the upper 10 which is to be arranged on the insole blank 21; a process for preparing the mold 100 which forms a cavity and comprises a male mold 40 with a shoe mold wherein an upper heating passage 31 is formed, a female mold 50 wherein a lower heating passage 51 is formed and which faces the male mold 40, and two mutually-opposed side molds 60 wherein side heating passages 61 are formed, respectively; a process for attaching an adhesive layer onto the peripheral edge of each of the outsole 22 and the upper 10; a process for putting the outsole 22, the insole blank 21 and the upper 10 into the cavity at the atmospheric temperature; and a process for performing the heating molding by making a heating medium pass through the heating passages 31, 51 and 61. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
