<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information communication apparatus with simple operation and high usability by a user, and to provide an information preparation method of the apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A ROM (a storing means) 5c stores a first choice for preparing a document and a second choice for stopping the preparation of the document in a state that they are itemized (grouped) every category. A display means 6 displays each choice stored in the ROM 5c. An operation means 4 selects each choice. A control means 5 successively reads out the choices every item from the ROM 5c by specified input from the operation means 4, displays with the display means 6, selects the choice every item by the specified input from the operation means 4, and makes synthesize a plurality of first choices, and prepares a first regular shaped-document, or a second standard form which is a elliptical document by synthesizing the first choice and the second choice. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
