PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tissue paper packaging body 4 with tissue papers 3 filled in a sanitary and recyclable tissue paper packaging container 2 having strength and waterproofness to which dust or the like does not attach.

SOLUTION: In the tissue paper packaging body 4, the tissue papers 3 are filled in the tissue paper packaging container 2 obtained by folding or thermally-forming a hard or semi-hard plastic sheet 1 along a ruled line.
