<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage each work of a plurality of operators. <P>SOLUTION: Each controller of a plurality of component mounters in an electronic circuit component mounting system is connected with the controller of a host computer. Each of a plurality of operators carries a wireless communication terminal which reads an operator ID and transmits it to a host computer. When components in a component feeder decreases, components are required to be supplied by an operator. The host computer transmits the information of the component shortage to the operator and an operator capable of supplying components reads in an ID card by means of the communication terminal. Any one of the plurality of operators is determined as a component supplier and supplies components. Using a substrate ID as a key, component ID of a supplied component and supplier ID of that component are stored, as the production record information, in an RAM of the host computer, and error information including failure of an electronic circuit, e.g. different type of component, and operational failure, e.g. occurrence of jamming, is stored along with the component ID and the supplier ID. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
