<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transflective and reflective plate for which the degree of freedom of the selection of a base material is high, thinning is possible, also the change of a reflective hue can be reduced and manufacture costs become relatively low, and a transflective reflective polarizing plate for which a transflective and reflective layer is directly formed on a polarizing plate. <P>SOLUTION: This transflective and reflective plate 1 is provided with the base material 11 and the transflective layer 12 formed on the base material 11 and the transflective layer 12 is turned to a heated and sintered layer for which a coating layer where metal nanoparticles are dispersed and coated is heated and sintered on the base material 11. This transflective and reflective polarizing plate 10 is provided with the transflective and reflective plate 1 and the polarizing plate 2 laminated on the transflective and reflective plate 1 and a member constituting the polarizing plate 2 is turned to the base material of the transflector 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
