<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer an electrode arrangement in which a crack of an electrode layer 20 and an insulation layer 30 on a base material film 10, especially the insulation layer 30, is prevented and blocking is also prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The electrode arrangement is provided with the base material film 10, in which a dimple 50 is demarcated in the inner circumference of a flexible part 500, and the electrode layer 20 and the insulation layer 30 which are pattern formed in the base material film 10. The electrode layer 20 crosses the flexible part 500 from the inside to the outside of the dimple 50. The insulation layer 30 covers the upper part of the electrode layer 20 near the flexible part 500. As the dielectric of the insulation layer 30, a combined resin composition of a low Tg resin having a glass transition temperature of 25°C or lower and a high Tg resin having a glass transition temperature higher than the low Tg resin (for example, 40°C or higher) is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
