PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide hollow nanoparticles for specific introduction of materials to the subject cells or tissues, effectively introducing the materials by stabilizing particle structure, and to provide a medicament using the same.

SOLUTION: The hollow nanoparticles comprising protein having recognition ability to particular cells such as hepatocyte, and particle forming ability (for example, surface antigen protein of hepatitis B virus), are obtained by substituting cycteine residue of the protein with other amino acids.
