SOLUTION: The contents transmitted-received in the information management system comprises a coding contents 22 coding the contents with a specified coding key and an encapsulating contents 21 encapsulating a conditional file 23 defining a utilizing condition of the contents. A user terminal utilizing the contents equipped with a contents utilizing means 13 utilizing the encapsulating contents 21 and a service execution core 31 utilizing the encapsulating contents 21. The contents utilizing means 13 retrieves the service execution core 31 with request ID described in the conditional file 23. The coding contents 22 are decoded with a utilization key contained in the service execution core 31 to allow a user to use the contents.
