PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for supporting a smooth operation of an intellectual creation cycle.

SOLUTION: A basic data table 5 stores data on application to granting of a right including an application number. A right data table 6 stores data on a registered right including an application number and a registration number. A corresponding product data table 7 stores data determining whether the registered right and a product correspond to the right including a registration number. These three basic data tables can be related to one another based on the application number or the registration number. When one record is retrieved from one of the tables, corresponding data from another table is extracted and displayed.
