<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a personal identification and the payment of examination fee are troublesome when a person takes an examination. <P>SOLUTION: An examinee 5 performs a personal identification by using a credit card 11 with a face picture, passes the credit card through a credit card reader 12, inputs an identification number in a credit card authentication system 13, refers to the personal database 21 of a credit card company 2, and authenticates that the person is a person who owns the credit card. Then the examinee reads the personal information of the examinee from the card, and starts an examination taking system. A test center 1 gains an access to a test management center 3, collates a personal database 32, and sets, as information, an examination taking allowing flag in personal data.
