<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the safety of personal information and reduce manual labor by eliminating the need for inputting the personal information including an address and name each time when a customer purchases commodities. <P>SOLUTION: A user first registers his personal information including a name, address and credit card number for a cell phone provider and stores it in a cell phone provider server 6. Then, he/she inputs commodity codes of commodities to be purchased through operation buttons of a cell phone 1 with predetermined operation and operates calling to a phone number put on an advertisement. The cell phone provider server 6 is notified of ordering information by the calling operation.
