<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide braille points in the embossing region of a credit card formatted by the international standard and to emboss the braille points without increasing the types for the braille points. <P>SOLUTION: In the face of the credit card formatted by the international standard, the arrangement of the braille points consisting of 2 rows of 3 points in longitudinal direction and 2 points in transverse direction is turned by 90°so as to lay transversely in order to form braille points by arranging the transversely laid arrangement of the braille points along the direction of the line of the embossing region of the credit card. Further, the braille points are embossed with a small number of types and character symbols by corresponding the combination of the points consisting of the braille points to the types and character symbols.
