PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate transportation of an outdoor unit for a refrigeration/air-conditioner. SOLUTION: This outdoor unit for the refrigeration/air-conditioner is provided with an outdoor unit body 1 transportable lifted by at least two persons and provided inside with a heat exchanger 3 and a blower 4 which blasts forward, and transportation handles 7-10 holdable with hands in transportation and provided at four front, rear, left and right corners of the outdoor unit body 1. Handhold parts 7a-10a of four transportation handles 7-10 are set to a height of 600-700 mm from the installation floor face of the outdoor unit body 1, and the handhold parts 7a-10a of the transportation handles 7-10 at two front and rear parts are placed almost at the same height from the installation floor face of the outdoor unit body 1.
