PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery laminated aggregate securing enough welding space of electrode tabs and with the electrode tabs surely joined with each other. SOLUTION: A notch 18 is provided on electrode tabs 14, 15 of a battery 10 on the uppermost step at least at a width direction center part of their bending part 16. With this, joining parts 17 of the electrode tabs 14, 15 can be welded with a tip of a vibration part 102 of an ultrasonic welding machine 100 inserted into the notch 18 of the electrode tabs 14, 15 of the battery 10 on the uppermost step. That is, the tip parts 17 of the electrode tabs 14, 15 can be welded to each other with the tip of the vibration part 102 of the ultrasonic welding machine 100 in a state close to a cell body 10a side up to a position where the tip of the vibration part 102 of the ultrasonic welding machine 100 normally interferes with the electrode tabs 14, 15.
