PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack with an excellent productivity which can be made more compact and light-weight than before. SOLUTION: With the battery pack storing batteries in a chassis consisting of a plurality of cases, insertion-coupling parts of the cases are joined with a complex sheet consisting of a heat-resistant resin layer and a heating type adhesive layer or the chassis itself is a complex sheet.
