PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dielectric filter whose characteristic is adjusted so that a predetermined external coupling capacity can be easily obtained while not changing a resonance frequency even after a board is mounted. SOLUTION: The dielectric filter includes a dielectric block having first and second opposed surfaces and having a plurality of through holes extended from the first surface to the second surface, resonance conductor having an inner conductor formed on the inner wall of the through hole, an outer conductor formed on the outer surface of the block, and input/output electrodes. On the first surface, the resonance conductor is adjacent to the exposure part of the block at the end of the resonance conductor. On the second surface, the inner conductor is connected to the outer conductor. The input/output electrodes are capacitively coupled with the inner conductors at input/output stages. The end of the resonance conductor on the first surface is left, and parts of the inner conductors of the input/output stages opposed to the input/output electrodes are removed.
