PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an operator to recognize that the operator gives a pain to a patient in a training and to allow the operator to efficiently manually insert an endoscope with a simple structure. SOLUTION: An anus section 51 of a large intestine internal organ model 5 is attached to the insertion port 36 of the case 21 of a device body 2. A method of attaching the anus section 51 to the insertion port 36 is provided to keep an air tight between the insertion port 36 and the anus section 51 by using an O-ring between the inner periphery of the insertion port 36 and the outer periphery of the anus section 51. The large intestine internal organ model 5 is formed in the shape of a bag, the anus section 51 is open, and a cecum section 56 is blocked. A space between the case 21 and the large intestine internal organ model 5 is filled with an aromatic gas 6. With this structure, the opening of a hole 61 of the large intestine internal organ model 5 is recognizable by an odor in the large intestine endoscope training device. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
