PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary device for a manual therapy which corrects a state of the lumbosacral part of the vertebral column bending backward and forward into an arbitrary state up to the straight position. SOLUTION: A variable triangular pillow A which is formed by combining two right-angled triangular prism members, has the right-angled edges bonded separably with a hook and loop fastener and rotatably, and is provided with hook and loop fasteners on the end surfaces of the short sides opposing to the right-angled edges is used independently or by dividing into right triangular prism members. The state of lumbosacral part bending forward and backward is corrected into the arbitrary state up to the straight position depending on individual differences and the difference in the body shape by using in the combination of the variable triangular pillow A and three kinds of wedge-shaped mattresses, which are a short wedge-shaped mattress B covering the buttocks, a medium-sized wedge-shaped mattress C of the knee length, and a long wedge-shaped mattress D covering the top of the head when the end of the wedge of each mattress is placed to abut on the lumbosacral part and have a wedge-shaped cross section and a width of the body width, and a publicly known angular pillow F.
