PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably cut paper drawn from a roll paper by one hand. SOLUTION: A paper cutting plate 8 is provided with a number of teeth 10, 10, 10 arranged in a line along the front edge of the paper cutting plate 8 to cut the paper 21 drawn from the roll paper 20. The teeth 10, 10, 10 are formed of resin, and each of the teeth 10 is provided with inclined surfaces 10c, 10c inclined from both right and left ends of an upper surface 9a forming a horizontal plane in a front view toward the lower paper side, and the lower end thereof forms a sharp projection 10b sticking in the paper.
