PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of skate shoes, making a user free from feeling tightness by preventing pressure contact at the back of the heel. SOLUTION: The skate shoe 1 is composed of a gliding part 2, a shoe body 10 mounted on the upper part of the gliding part 2 and an inner boot 50 mounted in the shoe body 10. The shoe body 10 is provided with a cuff part 31 rotatably mounted in the back part thereof. The inner boot 50 includes: bottom protecting plates 52, 72 trod by the sole of the foot; a lower protecting plate 73 for protecting the backside of the heel; and an upper protecting plate 75 for protecting the backside of an Achilles' tendon region.
