PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably store a plurality of spare toilet paper rolls without decrease in room space. SOLUTION: This toilet paper roll storing device is a toilet paper roll storing rack 15 including a roll storing case 17 storing a plurality of toilet paper rolls 16, and a plurality of roll support rods 18 stored in the roll storing case to respectively support the respective toilet paper rolls.
