PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the problem that at the present time, in the field of a non-invasion measurement of blood components, the measurement is performed by using a combination of a wavelength dependence of an absorbance and a variation of the absorbance by the pulsation component of the artery, however, while a ratio between components in the blood can be obtained, the concentration itself cannot be obtained. SOLUTION: An optical axis variation of the arterial blood lamina by the pulsation component of the artery is measured in parallel with a system which measures the variation of an optical rotation by the pulsation component in the artery. Thus, the concentration itself, not a concentration ratio in the blood, can be obtained. Also, even when the system which measures the variation of the absorbance for the pulsation component in the artery, not the optical rotation, is used, the concentration can be measured in the same manner.
