The stop comprises an L-shaped angled piece (26), the horizontal arm being securable to the a bench (21) and the vertical arm being positionable next to the connecting piece (23) between the stop base (22) and top side of the bench. The connecting piece has one end pivotally connected to the base and another part of it is pivotally connected to the swing arm (24). A saw-blade (25) is secured to the swing arm.
