<p>PURPOSE: A mechanical surface aeration and a stirring apparatus are provided to prevent corrosion and disorder of peripheral devices and easily observe operating process of the device with the naked eye by controlling the height of an impeller rotating in the state that it is immersed into sewage and waste water on occasion and by installing an aerosol cover equipped with a monitoring window and an air inlet pipe at the aeration tank. CONSTITUTION: The mechanical surface aeration and the stirring apparatus comprises a driving axis (72) coupled to a reducer at the lower side of the reducer and interlockingly rotated according to the rotation of a variable speed motor; a driving gear (71) installed at the driving axis (72); a two stage gear box (13) installed on a main axis (14) and equipped with a driven gear (74) locked up with the driving gear (71) in the inside of the two stage gear box (13); bearings (75,78) installed on the main axis (14) in the state that sleeves (79) are intervened between the bearings and the main axis (14) at the upper and lower sides of the two stage gear box (13) through which the main axis (14) passes; and a rack (77) installed at the upper end of the main axis (14) by being inserted into the main axis (14), wherein the rack moves the main axis (14) up and down by the rotation of a pinion (76) according to the operation of an electric motor installed at one side of the variable speed motor.</p> |
