The cover (16) consists of a thinwalled plastics film element in pleat (17) form, having inbuilt energy storage capability to fan the cover out and then collapse this. The cover pleats (17) are joined by intrinsically springy kink edges (19) and when fanned out resist bending along these kinks. The kinks store energy during the fan and collapsing movements. The pleats fan out from their collapsed stack form. The kinks are in preferred vee shape and when collapsed for energy storage convex slightly outwards along their vee legs. The stack receiver (28) is in sleeve shape and has stack holders (23) and associated holddowns (27).
