<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing fine alloy particles by which reduction can be easily performed using hydrogen and nano-scale level fine particles can be obtained and manufacturing can be done using simplified equipment. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the polymer-alloy cluster composite type fine alloy particles, one or more kinds among metal complexes (A) represented by formula (cod)MXR (wherein, cod is 1,5-cyclooctadiene; R is a methyl, an ethyl or a phenyl group; X is a triphenylsiloxo group, triphenylcarbinoxy group or a phenoxo group; and M is platinum, gold, silver, copper, palladium, rhodium, nickel, ruthenium or the like) and one or more among metal complexes (B) having organic ligands selected from a methyl group, an ethyl group, cod and the like (where the metallic elements are different from the above M) are added to a high polymer dissolved in an organic solvent and then reduction is carried out using hydrogen. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
