<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an optical cable containing box in which an optical cable is not damaged. <P>SOLUTION: The optical cable containing box is equipped with a housing which has a hole that an optical cable penetrates, a clamper which clamps the optical cable and is locked in the hole, and an unlocking knob which unlocks the clamper locked in the hole. Further, the optical cable containing box is equipped with a holding part which holds the clamper in the hole so that the optical cable is loosely inserted. Further, a groove which crosses the axial direction of the optical cable is formed in the circumferential wall of the hole in the housing and a claw provided on the clamper engages with the groove to lock the clamper in the hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
