摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer information managing device capable of easily acquiring customer identification information, and yet is capable of obtaining a high personal identification rate. <P>SOLUTION: In the customer information management system 1, the face image data of customers imaged by an imaging means 9, learning data generated therefrom and time information are stored in a face image DB 7 for face image recognition as the already known data of the customers. Then, the customers are estimated by predetermined image recognition by referring to the learning data by using data for retrieval generated from the new face image data of the customers, and displayed at a display unit 10 as candidates, and the face image DB 7 for face image recognition is updated while confirmed. Also, the customers are managed by referring to the data of the customer data DB 6 of the customers.
